What is Opti-max Technology?

The $90 cost covers 35 days rental and includes free delivery and return shipping within Canada. Units are dispatched 3 weeks before your due date. Allow 1- 5 working days for delivery. If you are ordering within 3 weeks of your due date it is advisable to contact us for courier shipping rates.
Terms & Conditions
- Canada Childbirth TENS (Elle TENS) should only be used in accordance with the instructions provided and only by the Customer named on the form overleaf.
- The success of Canada Childbirth TENS (Elle TENS) in labor is neither guaranteed nor warranted by Canada Childbirth TENS.
- Canada Childbirth TENS (Elle TENS) must not be used by anyone fitted with a cardiac pacemaker, who has a heart disease or suffers from epilepsy. If you have any concern whatsoever consult your medical advisor prior to use.
- The Elle TENS machine should not be used in or around water.
- Canada Childbirth TENS (Elle TENS) must not be used until the pregnancy has reached full term (37 weeks onwards).
- If the baby is late, the customer must email Canada Childbirth TENS to request an extra 7 days rental. This will be given free of charge.
- Failure to return the Canada Childbirth TENS at the expiry of this 42 day period will result in the Customer being charged $10 for each and every week or any part of a week over and above the rental period until the Canada Childbirth TENS is returned. If the unit is not returned for any reason the Customer will be charged for that unit. All outstanding sums will automatically be charged to the Customer's credit card.
- The rental unit must be sent back to Canada Childbirth TENS using the supplied trackable return label via a Post Office so as to reach Canada Childbirth TENS by the end of the 42 days. If the supplied return label isn't used then the Customer must purchase insured and trackable shipping and advise Canada Childbirth TENS of the tracking details. The Customer must retain the tracking details and shipping date for 3 months. In the event that the Canada Childbirth TENS is not received at Canada Childbirth TENS premises, proof of shipping will be required. Failure to do so renders the Customer liable for the full retail value of the TENS unit.
- In the event of damage to, or loss of the Canada Childbirth TENS by the Customer, the full retail value less the rental charge is payable to Canada Childbirth TENS by the Customer.
- Non-use of the rented Canada Childbirth TENS is entirely at the discretion of the customer and no refund will apply.
- Canada Childbirth TENS (Elle TENS) are fully tested immediately prior to dispatch. However, the liability of Canada Childbirth TENS shall not exceed the rental charge.
- The Customer should check the contents of the rental pack upon receipt and familiarise herself with the TENS and the instructions. The Customer must advise Canada Childbirth TENS of any problems whatsoever immediately. Canada Childbirth TENS accepts no responsibility where the Customer fails to do so and renders it impossible for Canada Childbirth TENS to take any corrective action.
